Jane Mulfinger has exhibited in both well-established institutions and galleries such as the Mayor Gallery and Camden Arts Centre in London as well as spaces such as Projects UK in Newcastle, Franklin Furnace Archive in New York and a seventeenth century church house for widows in Hasselt, Belgium, where she exhibited with Bill Viola and Tony Oursler in 1999. Her recent exhibitions include Armory as Cathedral at the Pasadena Armory Center for the Arts in 2002. She has been recently awarded residency at the Djerassi Foundation in Woodside, California.
After receiving a BA with Honors from Stanford University in 1983, Mulfinger has lived in Berlin and London, completing an MFA with distinction from the Royal College of Art in 1989. Jane Mulfinger is now based in California.
